Build Go Muscle Not Show Muscle
69Get a body as ripped as this man's.
For rapid weight loss, why do you need to develop ‘go muscle’?
You’ve seen the body builders on TV. Huge muscles in places where most people don’t even have small muscles!
Well that’s fine for body builders, because what they have is ‘show muscle’. If you want to be able to care for your family and friends, as well as yourself, you need ‘go muscle’.
“Why?” you ask.
Well before I answer that question I want you to look at something completely different.
You’ve seen the adverts for fast cars. Maximum speeds of 150mph/200mph. But what’s the point when the legal limit is only 70mph?
Well first of all, imagine that you and your mate are driving two cars down the motorway. You, of course, are driving the one whose top speed is 200mph and your mate is driving the other whose top speed is 90mph.
You’re both keeping to 70mph, the legal limit, but of course, your mate’s car is near it’s maximum, while your car is not even running at half the speed it’s capable of.
Which car is under less strain? Which car will be able to continue at 70mph for longer? Which car will be able to accelerate quickly, in fact very quickly, out of danger?
The answer’s obvious and so is the reason to train your body to a much higher standard of fitness than is called for under normal circumstances in real life.
Not only will you be under far less strain in your ordinary, everyday life, but when you need to step up a gear or six when danger threatens, you’ll be able to do so effortlessly.
That’s why you need to develop ‘go muscle’!
So how do you go about it?
You need a fitness and body building program that you can complete in about 30 minutes a day, Why only thirty minutes?
You need a High-Intensity Fat-Burning workout. In this way you’ll be able to ensure fast weight loss because you'll be melting fat faster than during hours of cardio-style exercises.
But if you just melt away your fat, that’s only a part of the answer. You also need to develop your fine motor skills and make your gross motor skills more accurate.
Improving these two important areas is what helps to significantly cut down your stress levels in a crisis. And stress and strain in everyday life will also be reduced.
Now, no matter how strong and skilful you become, there will always be times when you may feel fatigue and suffer minor injuries. What you must train towards is improving your recovery skills. So that even after the most exhausting encounters, you recover and are ready for action again much, much quicker than your attackers.
Finally, but probably most importantly, you must build sleek, usable muscle. To be able to move you need Functional Muscle. That’s the secret to the physique of the special ops guys. They build GO MUSCLE not SHOW MUSCLE.
